By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Please discontinue using Leap into Literacy’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Australia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable.

Leap into Literacy is not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of use of our educational service, or any errors or omissions in the content of our materials. You the client specifically waive any and all claims arising out of the use of this educational service.
By accepting these terms the participant agrees to pay the fees for each module using the payment method on the enrolment form.
The participant accepts that he/she is required to pay the full amount of the module fees after the free trial period even if he/she does not complete the module. If the participant is under 18, the parent/guardian is responsible for the payment of the module fees.
The duration of each module is advised at the time of enrolment.
Special offer codes cannot be added to an enrolment retrospectively and must be added at the time of enrolment.
Refunds and Free Trial Period
Leap into Literacy does not provide refunds if you change your mind or choose the wrong module. A 7 day free trial period is offered and you may cancel at any time during this period. If you do not cancel before the 7 day period finishes, you will automatically be charged the current fees for the complete module. No refund will be offered if you forget to cancel before the free trial period finishes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes concerning this website are to be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in New South Wales. We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions in your country of residence or any other appropriate country or jurisdiction.
